AQ IoT PLC Data Logger IP65

Two-way communication
Local USB and Bluetooth communication
Mains power (with battery backup)
External or internal antenna
4/5 x digital or analogue inputs (4-20 mA or 0-3 V) and RS485/Modbus
Option of relay for valve or switch control

For devices that need to be "online", the mains or solar cell power option are used

The AQ IoT PLC Data Logger is designed for use in meter cabinets, manholes or water intakes. The device has a built-in modem for bidirectional communication and is connected to the mains power supply. In the event of a power failure, a battery backup ensures that no data is lost. Sustainability values were key in the design. Batteries can be replaced and in the event of failure of the electronic components, only the cover of the device with the electronics is replaced, leaving the cable connections to the sensors intact. The device collects data from four digital or, in combination, five analogue inputs and stores them in an internal memory which can be changed at will from 0.01 seconds to up to one month. It is also possible to power the sensors via internal batteries. The sending time is independently selectable - from 1 minute up to 1 time per month. The device can be configured via USB cable or Bluetooth interface via the AQ Setup software or remotely via the AQ WEB app. The settings can be kept factory default (saving data every 30 minutes and sending 2 times a day). The device can be set to operate "online", which means it is always connected. In case the data are needed, the information can immediately be available from the device by clicking on the "call back" button. On AQ IoT devices we can set hardware alarms for each input separately - manually, subsequently via the AQ WEB interface, or set automatically by AQ WEB using an algorithm. With a hardware alarm, the system notifies us as soon as it happens. When the number of pulses is exceeded, the machine sends an alarm to the server and AQ WEB then forwards it to the user via SMS or email. This way we are always informed at the same moment when a pipe bursts or something unforeseen happens. The AQ IoT PLC Data Logger can also be equipped with a relay output, allowing us to open/close a valve or switch online.
